Crystal Ewing has nearly 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry leading high-profile industry initiatives. As eSolutions’ Director of Product Management — Clearinghouse, she focuses on revenue cycle and compliance solution development, with an emphasis on clearinghouse. Her areas of expertise include healthcare management, product development, workflow efficiency and profit improvement plans.

Crystal is the Board Chair of the Cooperative Exchange, The National Clearinghouse Association’s 2020 Board of Directors. She is an active member and former board member of the Workgroup for Electronic Data Interchange (WEDI), and a member of X12. She is a certified medical coder through the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC), a Green Belt Six Sigma certified expert, a Microsoft Certified Application Developer and is a nationally recognized expert on HIPAA, HITECH and the ACA.

Troy Terry
Director of Sales, eSolutions

Troy Terry, Director of Sales, has been with eSolutions for the past 8 years. He leads our sales team in the Ambulatory and Health center market and focuses specifically on clearinghouse and revenue cycle management.

Terry has an extensive background in the post-acute market with Home Health and Hospice providers. He helps these providers to streamline their processes and understands the challenges they face with Medicare billing and claim follow-up. After working with many clients in this particular area, Terry has developed expertise in the best practices of transitioning clearinghouses.
